Business Development Executive

Simon is a Business Development Executive at Capacity. Having grown up around the business, he brings a lifelong understanding of fulfillment operations to every conversation, but it’s his instinct for building genuine relationships that sets him apart. Simon works primarily with emerging and influencer-backed brands, many of which are navigating 3PL partnerships for the first time. His hospitality background gives him a natural read on what these founders need: honest guidance, not a sales pitch. Simon is known for building genuine rapport quickly, meeting prospects where they are, and proactively bringing solutions to the table, whether that means guiding a first-time buyer through the basics or identifying cost-saving opportunities, such as leveraging regional carriers, before they’re even requested.

Before Capacity, Simon worked at HaSalon and for other hospitality groups, held a social media marketing internship at Stadium Goods, and interned at Overtime. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Science from The George Washington University and studied Liberal Arts and Sciences at The American University of Paris.
