Our New Jersey campus is where we started. We are located within the commercial zone, just south of New York City. Our New Jersey warehouses are situated close to our numerous NYC-based brands. Our strategic location and established partnerships with key carriers allow for reduced transit times with cost-effective shipping and transportation solutions.
Capacity offers a wide range of New Jersey order fulfillment, warehousing, and value-added services. Our competitive advantage bundles onsite services with high-touch capabilities and is a key reason why our clients put their brands in our hands.
A campus of almost 1,000,000 square feet, around one third of which is our new custom-built headquarters, allows us to optimize our New Jersey order fulfillment operations.

Staffed by 200+ full-time, on-site employees, it features pick-to-light automation for high-velocity SKU picking, automated conveyors and print-and-apply systems, dedicated kitting and value-added services space, and 100,000+ square feet of solar panels.
The New Jersey campus serves beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, and wellness brands across direct-to-consumer and retail channels. Retail partners include Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Target, Walmart, CVS, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s. Capacity runs approved consolidation programs for Sephora and Ulta through this campus, combining shipments from multiple brands into single retailer deliveries. The campus also handles fulfillment for international brands shipping into the U.S. and U.S. brands shipping to the UK and EU.
