Our Midwest Hub
Indiana is home to our newest facility. This Midwestern omnichannel order fulfillment hub, just northwest of Indianapolis, gives us more than a quarter of a million square feet around which we will grow our Campus Between the Coasts. A foundation here is a great complement to our existing locations on the East and West Coasts. It will help to bring our brand partners’ points of shipping closer to their customers.

Capacity’s Indiana facility spans 259,000 square feet. Staffed by 100 full-time employees, it features 58 trailer parking spaces, secure interior and exterior with camera coverage, dedicated put walls for ecommerce order sorting, and dozens of pack stations for B2B throughput. The Indianapolis facility is fully integrated with Capacity’s WMS and client portal for unified inventory visibility.
Capacity’s Indianapolis facility serves beauty, fragrance, and wellness brands across direct-to-consumer and retail channels. The facility is hazmat-certified for Class 3 flammable liquids with trained staff and automated hazmat labeling. Retail partners include Target, Walmart, Ulta, and CVS. Current fragrance clients include Henry Rose and Lanza.
Capacity’s Indianapolis facility holds the following certifications:
- Hazmat-certified for Class 3 flammable liquids – DOT 49 CFR compliant handling and storage
- Automated black diamond label printing on all hazmat shipments
- Ground-only routing enforcement for hazmat compliance (no air freight violations)
- Proper LQ (Limited Quantity) markings on all applicable packages
- Carrier compliance: UPS Ground and DHL certified
- EDI compliance: SPS Commerce and True Commerce integrations
