Shatabdi joined Capacity in 2025 as Chief Information Officer, leading the company’s U.S. and India technology teams. She shapes the tech strategy behind Capacity’s growth—building smarter integrations, stronger analytics, and systems designed to scale alongside clients.
Before Capacity, Shatabdi was Vice President of Global Application Services at PVH Corp, the global apparel company behind Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. There, she oversaw strategy and execution for the digital infrastructure supporting one of the world’s largest apparel supply chains, with a focus on bridging complex technology stacks with real-world logistics needs. Her earlier career includes technology leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting, Canon, Wegmans, and Home Depot, with deep experience scaling ERP, WMS, OMS, integration, and eCommerce systems.
Beyond her technical work, Shatabdi is an active leader within Extraordinary Women in Tech (EWiT) and a vocal advocate for workplace courage and reverse mentorship. She has been recognized with the 2025 Top 20 Women We Admire Award and the ISG Women in Digital Silver Luminary Award.
