New CIO to Lead the Tech Behind the Operations

As Capacity grows, so does the complexity behind the scenes. The systems that track inventory, route shipments, and keep client data secure don’t run themselves, and they need to scale right alongside our clients. Shatabdi Sharma is joining as our new Chief Information Officer to lead that work.

Shatabdi oversees Capacity’s technology teams across the United States and India. She’s responsible for our technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the enterprise systems that keep fulfillment running the way it should: accurately, reliably, and ready for what’s next.

Her focus: making sure our technology works as hard as our warehouse teams do. That scalable, resilient infrastructure through cloud computing, smarter AI-driven tools, and analytics models that help us spot problems before they become client problems.

Shatabdi brings more than 20 years of executive experience at global brands including PVH Corp, Hitachi Consulting, Canon, Wegmans, and Home Depot. At PVH, she scaled high-volume ERP, WMS, OMS, integration, and eCommerce platforms for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, the kind of complex, high-stakes systems work that translates directly to 3PL operations. She’s known for her strategic leadership, M&A integration expertise, and commitment to DEI. Recent honors include the 2025 Top 20 Women We Admire Award and the ISG Women in Digital Silver Luminary Award.

She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (focused on Artificial Intelligence) from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, India. She lives in Edison, NJ, with her husband, Anubhav, and their two kids, Anusha (16) and Siddhant (11).
