Capacity’s UK facilities span 250,000 square feet across two warehouses. It features 31,000 pallet spaces with high-bay racking and is staffed by 250 full-time employees.

The facility integrates with Capacity’s U.S.-based WMS and client portal for unified inventory visibility.

Capacity’s UK facility serves beauty, wellness, fragrance and lifestyle brands distributing in the UK and EU. Retail partners include John Lewis & Partners, Selfridges, Space NK, and Fred Segal.

• Triple ISO Certified: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security)
• Carbon Neutral Certified by Carbon Trust
• UK VAT handling – U.S. companies can reclaim UK VAT if UK turnover exceeds £85,000
• IOSS Registration – taxes paid on EU orders under €149 based on destination country
• Import duty management – varies by HS Code; Prolog advises on exemptions
• Capacity customers may use Prolog Fulfilment as registered UK address (UK entity not legally required for selling in UK or EU)
