AI can be confidently wrong. It can generate plausible-sounding numbers that don’t reflect reality. It doesn’t know your specific business unless you tell it.

That means you need to:

  • Validate any specific numbers against your actual data
  • Sense-check the logic against your operational experience
  • Use it for frameworks and approaches, not as a replacement for your judgment
