That’s Daina Welsh, General Manager of C2 Operations. For seven years, she has been an essential force at Capacity, leading the operational engine that supports clients from emerging startups to major celebrity brands. Career Milestones
A major career milestone for Daina has been growing as a leader in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where adaptability is essential. She’s learned how to keep morale high, support her team through shifting priorities, and lead effectively, even in a language that isn’t her first.
Being one of the first and only female General Managers, and the youngest, has also been a significant milestone. Her colleagues supported her from day one, and she worked hard to show that she could run right beside them. She absorbed everything like a sponge, turning that knowledge into support she could give back to the team.

On the client side, Daina is proud that she can provide expert guidance on packing, shipping, and operational best practices to help their businesses grow while maintaining high-quality execution.
