We use that to monitor open cases, the time to close cases and the category of cases. We then perform detailed data mining and root cause analysis. For example, if your website is not performing address verification and you have a systemic issue, we will be able to tell you that. If you have mismarked product, we’ll find that out too. During client business reviews we will go over all of your cases and their resolutions to ensure that the quality of our service is as high as possible.
