The portal is a powerful online tool that provides our clients with real-time visibility of inventory, orders and custom reporting. Our proprietary portal is constantly being enhanced and expanded to adapt to what your business needs.
Working with the leading CRM platform allows us to keep on top of all client interactions. We create cases in Salesforce from calls, emails and even text messages that our clients send us. We use that to monitor open cases, the time to close cases and the category of cases. We then perform detailed data mining and root cause analysis. For example, if your website is not performing address verification and you have a systemic issue, we will be able to tell you that. If you have mismarked product, we’ll find that out too. During client business reviews we will go over all of your cases and their resolutions to ensure that the quality of our service is as high as possible.

Our analytics platform consists of a redundant data warehouse, Tableau reporting, and tools like Confluence and Jira. These tools all combine to give us the information we need regarding orders and volumes by the hour, the day, the week, the month, and the year.
