Capacity Client Adds a Little Luxury to Air Travel
MALIN AND GOETZ: Local Business, national REACHComfort is certainly how Capacity CEO Jeff Kaiden felt on a recent trip across the country, flying LAX to NYC. The airline in question double-booked his seat but did secure Jeff an upgrade, so he was moved up front. What he didn't know was that his skincare would also get an upgrade for this flight, as Jeff found - and snapped! (see right) - a valued client's luxurious skin care products in this otherwise sterile environment. (MALIN+GOETZ) is a New York City business through and through, but its products travel far and wide. Rooted in the values of traditional apothecaries, the company provides sensitive skin care products because its owners had a problem to solve for themselves, which quickly became a mission to help others, first in their city and then far and wide thanks to expanded order fulfillment capabilities. Of the appearance of finding client products among the complimentary items included in his upgrade, Jeff had this to say: "They really upgraded the Tumi case that contains my MALIN+GOETZ goodies. I am going to keep it in my backpack with my iPod, pens and flash drives."
