Capacity Signs Lease for Expansive New Fulfillment HQ in NJ
The Capacity team is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease which will take the company into a brand new 300,000 square foot New Jersey fulfillment HQ here in North Brunswick.
This state-of-the-art and built-to-suit facility will be ready for occupancy later this year, with Capacity planning to begin operations at the site from February 1, 2020. Located at 1601 Livingston Avenue.
The company will retain its existing campus at 1112 Corporate Road in North Brunswick, with its other locations combining to provide existing and future clients with around one million square feet of contemporary warehouse space.
“Capacity’s growth continues to outpace our warehouse footprint. Our preference has always been to keep our roots in North Brunswick, offering a centralized location for our employees with a surplus of local labor. We are strategically positioned to service the Northeast corridor and expand our California operations,” said Capacity’s Chief Financial Officer Arlen Fish.

With the lease on this exciting new facility signed, Capacity has moved to ensure the company will continue to offer premium order fulfillment services to internationally renowned brands for years to come.
