Quality Assurance / Quality Control ("QA/QC")
Some clients need to keep a close watch on product quality from one or all of their vendors. Accordingly, we have designed and implemented a QA/QC program in which random samples of inbound cartons are opened and inspected before putaway. Discovery of faulty product leads to a larger inspection sample or a vendor return.

Cycle Counting
Part of our fulfillment package includes an annual cycle count. Each SKU is physically counted at least once per year, and compared to the computer's inventory count. Some clients may desire more frequent cycle counting, and this can be arranged as needed.

Contract Packaging / Custom Assembly (click for more information)
We can direct individual outbound shipments to a processing station where gifts can be wrapped, or where tissue paper with our customer's corporate logo can be added. This service further advances our client's brand image.

We perform custom assembly services such as cello-wrapping / overwrapping services (i.e. plastic wrapping of CDs/DVDs), shrink wrapping (i.e. gift sets), price ticketing, special label application, product refurbishment, package assembly, direct bulk mailing, etc.

Other Services
We also offer bulk breakdown and sorting, palletizing, repackaging, combining, and kitting products for customized needs, including package inserts, serialization services and more.

We maintain lot control and track inventory down to the individual product and serial number. We can maintain customer records for product activation upon receipt, expiration date follow-up, among other tasks.
