Capacity’s Information Technology department meets the challenge of integrating multiple platforms under one efficient umbrella. The different tail ends of information that are fed into Capacity’s systems come from vendors, clients, carriers, and in-house users. Capacity’s IT department has an arsenal of best-of-breed hardware, software and personnel to accommodate the smooth flow of information.

Capacity’s IT platform is central to how we perform the services we offer, and we would be happy to demonstrate our online client-facing applications via a live web demonstration. Our applications inside the firewall can be demonstrated onsite, or through VPN access. Our multiple locations provide additional redundancies.
