Warehouse Management System
The backbone of Capacity is our warehouse management system ("WMS"). All transactions in the warehouse, and the flow of goods and manpower between transactions, are controlled by our WMS. We have dedicated nearly two years to developing and customizing our WMS with Foxfire Technologies, a company that has partnered with us to develop this technology.

Order Management Application
Our front end applications allow our clients seamless visibility into our warehouse systems, providing real-time inventory and order management information. At a minimum, our clients gain immediate access to order status, sales history, customer information, and order tracking with direct links to our third party shippers (FedEx, UPS, etc). Our application directly integrates with most accounting software systems (i.e. QuickBooks or Peachtree), allowing our clients to import sales orders for their accounting use. Our order management applications are accessible via any dial-up or broadband internet connection and are available 24 hours per day.

Materials Handling Equipment
The key to proper warehouse functionality is the tight integration of the WMS with the equipment via radio frequency communication, data lines and hard-wired equipment. We have partnered with a NJ based systems integrator with more than 20 years implementation experience with all types of materials handling equipment.

Our Facilities
Each Capacity facility location provides a flexible labor pool and proximity to our New York headquarters, and to our shipping carriers' regional collection centers.

We are in the process of selecting additional facility locations based on optimized shipping costs, real estate costs, along with current and prospective client needs.

Labor
Skilled labor is the backbone of our workforce. We train all of our workers to use our equipment and software with accuracy and care. Our warehouse supervisors bring decades of collective expertise in warehouse operations, workforce scheduling, conflict resolution and training. Our IT professionals make sure that our computer systems are operational on a 24 hour basis; they also execute software modifications when additional functionality is needed.
