Handling Returns
Our outbound shipments may (upon client request) include a bar-coded returns authorization "RA" sheet, which allow for the efficient receipt and restocking of returned merchandise. These forms may contain a self-adhesive return address label or a questionnaire with machine-readable reply.

Our returns process helps minimize customer service problems. When returns are received, the goods are inspected thoroughly and quickly for condition and completeness. We provide the products status in real-time and process returns as per our Client's instructions on a case by case basis - whether it’s to restock and repackage for later sale, or to return the item(s) to the manufacturer.
