Pick, Pack & Ship



Capacity utilizes RF (radio frequency) technology to track all inventory and to pick and pack orders. What does that mean? Each item that comes into our facilities is bar coded with a tracking barcode (a ‘license plate number’ or LPN) which we print and apply to each item, case or pallet. That is then scanned every time product is received, put away, moved, or picked, ensuring very high levels of inventory and order accuracy for our pick and pack service offering. Capacity also helps to create unique custom packaging and packing slips, in collaboration with our clients. We understand the importance of a distinctive presentation that communicates their brand consistently and enhances customer experience. We have cultivated a “green” approach since inception over 10 years ago. Our default shipping materials are new recycled corrugated boxes, crumpled craft paper and post-consumer recycled plastic products (air bags, etc.)

The technology we use to provide pick, pack and ship fulfillment ranges from custom batch waves of orders with like items to hand-made carts with additional, product-specific capacities. We have an incredibly broad variety of product types and experience to handle them. We ship electric guitars, solar panels, yoga mats, health & beauty items, and much more: we need to know how to get them to the end customer intact and cost-effectively. We are constantly enhancing our processes, documentation and technology to offer the best fulfillment solution to each of our unique clients.
